U1S will activate and manage approximately 4 ad-set campaigns throughout the contract term that follow the approved marketing plan. Each ad set runs in a 6 week cycle. After each cycle is completed, we review, strategize, plan, and work on the next activation. Ad spend is placed on the client’s payment method.

In each campaign, your marketing coach will:

• Define your ad target and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals
• Plan campaign details, set up, and manage the ad spend budget
• Monitor the data and analytics to ensure a successful outcome and activate any re-targeting efforts
• Report and review the results with your team

Monthly meetings are set up to review prior data, implement next action plans, prepare for future strategies, growth opportunities, and to monitor marketing goals. Time is spent with our project and account managers to make sure that the project timelines are met, organized, communicated, and run optimally to reach deadlines and targeted goals.

You can mix or match this service based on how many videos you and your budget can manage. Budget includes pre-production meetings, shot planning, script writing and motion graphic elements.
